Charles and his son Ruby have sold their house because several tensions came between him and the cops. As Charles' gang and friends, the Roxeagles, were being surveil-lanced by the Police, they couldn't take being harassed as "Illegal", or "friendly". Charles, his son, his wife (not shown) and his gang have sold all their homes and have moved out of the Phoenix United States, to live in the Ironwing United Kingdom, where Jordan calls the gang, "Legal".
