In the Final War on Cyberterrorism and the Biological Warfare, Dr. Herregods has surrendered and Showdow Wilson has fled from war, in which he surrendered to. Mettenna is the last Axis Doctor who refuses to fall. Mettenna has world dominance over Africa, Middle-East, with the exception of Israel and India, and had invaded Antarctica. He is responsible for the 50,600 lives that were lost, defending their homeland.

The Mettaurian population is nearly 1/2 of the Human population. The army is as vast as Asian and Russian forces combined. The missiles can outnumber USA's missiles and Russia's missiles. Their missile defenses have more chances of nuke resistances than any other country. It is the Ironwing Empire, versus the Mettaurian Empire.
